Entrepreneurial Concept Competition (ECC)

2011 Competition


The 2nd Annual event will award $4000 CASH to the Winning Team as determined by CCNY Judges/Professors. The 2nd Annual Entrepreneurial Concept Competition (ECC) hosted by the NYC Alliance and the City College Black Male Leadership and Mentoring Program opened for registration on Friday, June 1st, 2011 and closed on Friday September 16th 2011. Current students (Undergraduate & Graduate) were welcome to participate. The presentation and award ceremony for the ECC is scheduled for Saturday, December 10th, 2011 in Great Hall at the City College of New York. Workshops led by entrepreneurs, faculty and staff were held throughout the Summer and Fall of 2011 to ensure that students in the competition receive any necessary assistance and guidance with their business plans. A maximum of 50 teams (3 person maximum) will be selected to participate this year.
